Holz-Handwerk 2026 in Nuremberg buzzed with energy, creativity, and hands-on inspiration, and Kronospan stood out with one of the most refined booths at the fair, drawing in designers, carpenters, and fabricators looking for materials that deliver both efficiency and finish. Visitors from across Europe explored smarter materials, faster processes, and solutions that make everyday work in the workshop easier.
The new Rocko Tiles collection quickly became a crowd-puller. With 36 designs covering everything from stone and metal to industrial and organic decorative surfaces, the product offers flexibility for a wide range of interior projects. Twice daily, live demonstrations showed how fast and simple mounting can be, highlighting the product's versatility. Attendees were captivated as blank walls were transformed into bold, statement surfaces in minutes, proving that sophisticated design doesn’t have to mean complicated installation.
Black Line compact boards also made a strong impression, particularly among professionals working on high-use interiors and outdoor furnishings. At the fair, the material was presented in real applications – used in the meeting areas – showing how it performs in demanding conditions while still delivering a clean, modern look. The material’s versatility allows it to function seamlessly as decorative fronts, tabletops, and high-traffic panels, illustrating the growing trend of using technically robust materials as integral design elements.
Kronospan’s booth also gave space to exlusive solutions. Slim Line products demonstrated how to achieve precise, minimal furniture designs without compromising strength, while Feelness surfaces added a tactile dimension to modern interiors. Kronooriginal acoustic panels demonstrated how decorative panels can also enhance room comfort, and Kronobuild products highlighted structural reliability while also being used creatively as visible elements within the booth setup.
As expected at Holz-Handwerk, the real value came from seeing materials up close. Visitors could handle products, ask detailed questions, and understand how they behave in actual applications, turning curiosity into insight and inspiration into practical ideas.
