Wood purchases
SIA “KRONOSPAN Riga” timber procurement politics foresees buy only FSC® and PEFC® certified timber.
Suppliers who, previously not have done deliveries to SIA “KRONOSPAN Riga,” before supplies starting mandatory must be done registration.
To perform registration, by e-mail timber.purchase@kronospan-riga.lv, the supplier must sent the following information:
- • Company’s name.
- • VAT payer number, Registration number.
- • Legal address and Actual address (indicating street, city, parish, postal code etc.).
- • Contact person (name, surname, e-mail, telephone number).
- • Bank, Banks account number, SWIFT/BIC.
- • Certificate FSC® / PEFC® number, if applicable.
- • From your own parties signed KRONOSPAN code of conduct.

Cargo with various assortments must be write to one accompanying document!
If in cargo, with various assortments, the second timber species is less than one timber trucks bale, then all trucks bale is measured as cheapest assortment in this pack.
The supplier’s duty is to do cargo unloading on the territory of SIA “KRONOSPAN Riga”.
Suppliers, filling in goods delivery note-invoice, mandatory must be specified:
- 1. Supplier company.
- 2. Registrations number.
- 3. VAT registration number.
- 4. Legal Address.
- 5. Timber delivery (loading) address, mandatory indicating - property name, parish, street, county, postal code, country etc.
- 6. Full carrier information.
- 7. Felling confirmation No., issuance date origin place (farm, forest, quarter, field).
- 8. Consent to personal data for processing according to with General data defense regulation.

Requested document submission at a time with every delivered cargo is one of the prerequisites payments for receipt of delivered timber!

Deliveries that contains cable rolls, laminate, wood, which impregnated with chemical substances, textiles containing wood waste, as also will exceed any others quality requirement restrictions, will not be accepted.
