Whistleblowing
Kronospan Riga has established an internal whistleblowing system that provides employees, third parties, and cooperation partners the opportunity to safely report possible violations, as well as guaranteeing the protection of whistleblowers in accordance with the Whistleblowing Law https://likumi.lv/ta/id/329680-trauksmes-celsanas-likums.
Whistleblowing means the responsible and honest reporting of possible violations that may harm the public interest or violate Kronospan Riga's internal policies. Such information has been obtained in the course of performing work duties or establishing legal relationships related to the performance of work duties, and there is reason to believe that this information is true.
How to report violations?
Kronospan Riga whistleblowing reports can be submitted in the following ways using the sample form:
- Electronically: By sending the form to the e-mail address: whistleblowing@kronospan-riga.lv
- By post: Send to the address: SIA “Kronospan Riga”, Daugavgrīvas šoseja 7B, Riga, LV-1007, with “Whistleblowing” written on the envelope
- In person: Place the report in the box located on the 2nd floor of the company's administrative building
In accordance with the rules of Kronospan Riga's internal whistleblowing system, the identity of the whistleblower is protected and known only to the responsible contact person.
